Dreaming, Inspiring, Visualizing, and Accomplishing, (D.I.V.A.), camp has been designed to educate young women between the ages of 8 and 14 on key values and principles for being productive citizens of the community and strong women with integrity.
The goal is to teach young ladies how to Dream big, Inspire to be what they choose, Visualize the possibilities, and Accomplish their goals and capabilities. This will be accomplished through various workshops focusing on positive self-esteem, social awareness and learning the proper skills for “being a lady.”
The DIVA camp focuses on key areas such as goal setting, table etiquette, appearance, social grace, self -respect, and responsibility.

The After School D.I.V.A. Camp: (4 weeks). Rate: $25.00 Per Class Per Person
Class Size and Description: Limited to 25 a day. Classes are held for 1 hour on Mondays.

About the Founder: Shereese Slate is a celebrity hairstylist, author, educator, and Founder of SheWear Hair Care. Shereese created the D.I.V.A. Camp to help enhance the lives of young ladies and to inspire them to be all that than can.
Where will the camp be held?
The camp is usually held at a SheWear University Training Center, school campus, or hotel. Check dates and locations.
How old do the girls need to be?
D.I.V.A Camp™ is designed for girls between the ages of 8 through 14 years old. If a girl is almost 8 years old and is mature enough for the program, she may be excepted with the directors permission.
What are the hours of the camp?
D.I.V.A Camp™ sessions run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with 1 or 4 day sessions.
Please note that there are only 25 openings in each session so hurry and register to secure your space!
What does each camper need to bring for weekly sessions?
A folder, 1 ink pen, and magazine clippings of clothing that they like.
Will lunch be provided?
A light snack and juice will be served for week long camp each day.
How do I register?
Registration is easy. For week sessions formal instructions will be mailed to you along with all the necessary camp forms to fill out and mail back with your $50.00 non-refundable deposit (deposit may be credited to another date). The balance of $50.00 will be due a week before camp starts. (Personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders (made payable to Shereese Slate)are all accepted forms of payment. This fee is also tax deductible under day care expense. This is truly a bargain for the incredible experience your girl will treasure for years to come! There are only 25 openings so hurry and register now!
